I recently sat through Gail Dines talking, on you tube, for about 40 minutes about the damage porn does . I was expecting a challenging, thought provoking critique of pornography and so I sat and watched, opened minded.  Gail Dines has been described as a “Radical Feminist” and the world’s largest anti porn crusader. What I actually sat through was less science and more propaganda. Dines appears to be a Mary Whitehouse’esque prude who has some sort of shame based problem to pornography. When you read her history she was born into an orthodox Jewish family and it would appear this deeply religious, Conservative, upbringing is filtering her thoughts here. She speak eloquently about pornography use and her reasoning is cleverly presented but unfortunately 100% incorrect and easily debunked. Whenever you read female, and more likely feminist spaces, you will often come across woman who simply disag ree with anything that people write. Anything that doesn't stick to the rigid script of men opressing women,  patriarchy  holding all women back is robustly rejected. It's almost lifted directly from the Russian propoganda play book: d imiss, deny, minimise. Often it feels that you are talking to a cult member. Similar to socialists minimising that communism led to mass murder in Russia, Cambodia and other countries to name a few, feminists maintain that feminism is nothing but good and that misandry does not exist. Even though it's there, clear as day to anyone who reads feminist spaces, misandry is ultimately rejected as not even existing. I was recently walking around London and came across a statue, I've often walked passed on Charing Cross road near Leicester Square. The statue is of Edith Cavell somebody I know little about. Edith Cavell was a nurse during World War 1 who was celebrated for treating injured soldiers on both sides of the conflict without discrimination. She was fiercely brave and helped 200 servicemen escape occupied Belgium and return to Britain. She was caught by the Germans and executed for failing to observe medical neutrality. The night before her execution this brave woman said "Patriotism is not enough. I must have no hatred or bitterness towards anyone". This is 180 dgerees opposite to the toxic feminism that we currently see in any female space. The absolute glee which fourth wave feminists seem to take in active, bigotred, transphobia is completely unsuprising when you see how sexist & prejudiced modern feminism has become.   Often we see posts from a woman who has missed out on a job. Rather than looking at skills, how things can be improved the inevitable conclusion is it's down to the mystical patriachy holding every woman back. I have first hand experience of this. I remember applying for a job at a local shop, on Saturday, and being rejected being told that the shop were looking for a girl to work there instead of a boy. When it's clearly stated like that, then you know, it was just sexism. In my business people rarely want to take responsibilities for their actions. It's usually everyone else's fault than themselves, think "a bad worker often blames their tools" but on an industrial scale. People who are succeeding rarely blame anything else, when they are failing, then they sing like canaries. Failure is good. Women only spaces exist in so many different ways. For example there are  women only train cars  and lets not forgot the absolute bigoted prejudice over trans women using female toilets . There are numerous reddit sub reddits where posting as a man will have you instantly banned, i.e. the extremely toxic and misandrist  4b movement . Women will often say they need these spaces to feel safe for example women only gyms. There are three main problems with having female only spaces. Firstly having segregated areas breaks down social cohesion. It stops interaction between men and women and allows for prejudices to build. If your points of contact between yourself and a group of people are limited then you lack experience with that group and so your mind fills in missing data which are usually incorrect and often nothing more than prejudiced stereotypes. You can see it here , here and here  and any search of any feminist space will bring out the "Men expect women to do all the housework" trope. There are even studies on this which, on the surface, would seem to confirm that women do more housework than men.  Digging into these studies and it becomes quickly apparent they are extremely skewed and don't provide a very thorough picture. The first is a survey, where you simply ask what chores people do, assign time to them and from that you find who is doing the most. Over the years I've become extremely concerned about the rise of feminism. I believe it's a poisonous ideology that has completely lost it's way. "How so ? How can that be ? How can any free thinking, progressive person be against equal rights ?". Well, the answer is quite simple. A few years ago I would wear the T-Shirt "This is what a feminist looks like" I wore it with pride. Today's, modern, feminism is nothing like it's predecessor. What stated out as a noble struggle, a cause for equal rights, equal pay, egalatrianism has lost it's way and become gender facism.
