Misandry is just hurt feelings, misogyny kills

Feminists have turned denial of their own sexism into an art form. It's an idea that is now so deep routed into feminist ideology it's unlikely that feminism can ever recover from it's own, rampant sexism.

Femnists are using the well trodden path of DARVO in order to explain why it is absoluely fine for feminists to practise sexism. DARVO stands for the following:

  • Deny - Deny any wrongdoing
  • Attack - Attack the credibility, character or motivation to undermine any claims
  • Reverse Victim & Offender - The perpetrator claims to be the real victim casting the accuser as the real aggressor
A recent discussion came up which demonstates feminist's response to misandry:

"This happened in school when one topic about a teacher came up. So she’s a new substitute and me and my 2-3 friends talk to her as timepass. Apparently she had made a statement that she dislikes men and that girls shouldn’t trust boys so easily. She basically said a bunch of stuff stemming from her own experience. Then suddenly someone said that she was a misandrist and when I heard what she said, I was confused cause that’s not misandry. I said she seems to be a bit bitter cause of her past experiences but that doesn’t mean she’s a misandrist."

The responses from feminists are strictly in line with the DARVO response to deny that there is anything wrong in the feminist movement and misandry does not exist.

DENY

"True misandry would be women initiating and carrying out evil vile depraved acts on innocent men who didn’t deserve it, for no reason, in large numbers just for the pleasure of it. Only then will there be true misandry. This has never happened at any point in human history." - replies one misandrist apologist

Without getting into a "shit olympics" where we race to the bottom of grievances we should recognise that misandrist serial killers, who have targeted men exclusively, have existed and do exist. Joanna Dennehy is a famous example, killing 3 men. Aileen Wuornos was another example killing 7 men.

Female perpetrators of crime against men have existed, in large numbers, for a long period of time. Elanor Williams was jailed for making multiple false rape claims, and allegations, against men in Barrow, Cumbria, UK. Finding examples of misandrist women who haved carried out "evil vile depraved acts on innocent men who didn't deserve it, for no reason, in large numbers just for the pleasure of it" are actually easy to find.

ATTACK

"nope, you are absolutely correct trust me. There will always be a bunch of fools defending men's horrible deeds. I had a time like that too. Just ignore these dumbass people" - attacked another misandrist

This is the very definition of attack. Men's horrible deeds, fools defending them, just ignore dumb ass people. The credibility of those making claims is attacked, they are fools. 

REVERSE VICTIM AND OFFENDER

"Dont even bother with these people. You could list things that misogyny does to girls and women worldwide (child brides, female genital mutilation, femicide, forced birth, illegal abortions, menstrual huts, marital rape, honour killings, sex tourism, sextortion), things you dont find women doing to men, and they'll still have the audacity to claim that men are the ones in danger."

This is classive RVO. Here in the west, women have pretty good equal rights. I don't doubt there are places in the world where women are treated badly. Almost all of the examples the misandrist gives are extremely rare in the west. However she is attempting the "Mott and Bailey" fallacy where she attempts to say something controversial, about all men (it's ALWAYS all men) and then defends the easier position of in some places in the world bad things happen to women. When she discusses sex tourism it's strange that she is suggesting this is male only when women are well known to indulge in a bit of sex tourism themselves, with older women travelling to Gambia which has a booming sex industry catering to them.

CONCLUSION

Feminism, and feminists, are absolutely allergic, almost teflon, in their ability to avoid any sort of criticism. Any cursory read of any feminist space will always uncover sexist misandry. Yet feminists absolutely do not accept that they are as sexist as those they profess to rail against.

Until feminism confronts it's own sexism it will NEVER be about equal rights. It'll always be a bitter, angry, sexist hate movement. As we've discussed in the past why men don't call out misogyny by far the BIGGER question is why women don't call out misandry ?

How far modern feminism has fallen from it's wonderful beginnings

I was recently walking around London and came across a statue, I've often walked passed on Charing Cross road near Leicester Square. The statue is of Edith Cavell somebody I know little about. Edith Cavell was a nurse during World War 1 who was celebrated for treating injured soldiers on both sides of the conflict without discrimination. She was fiercely brave and helped 200 servicemen escape occupied Belgium and return to Britain. She was caught by the Germans and executed for failing to observe medical neutrality. The night before her execution this brave woman said "Patriotism is not enough. I must have no hatred or bitterness towards anyone". This is 180 dgerees opposite to the toxic feminism that we currently see in any female space. The oppressed can't be the oppresor - why feminists accept sexism in their spaces

In any feminist space you will find misandry, quickly and easily. Whenever feminists are asked about the sexism in their spaces, or movement, they generally reply by disputing that misandry exists, minimising it's effects or with whatboutism stating that male misogyny effects women far worse. The huge problem with this is that feminism has already accepted sexism at it's core. It sees sexism everywhere and because of this has now accepted sexism.Misandric comments, ideas, man hating are all  absolutely rife in feminist spaces . Claiming that misandry is fine because the oppressed can never be the oppressor is not borne out by history which tells us a very, very different story.
